Winemaker Tod Mostero describes the 2021 Ulysses as "high-toned, luminous, passionfruit, focused red berries, flinty with an elegant, long finish." Building on that foundation, the wine offers an incredible perfume of crushed slate, fresh violets, cassis, and spiced plums.
