Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect through vinesociety.com and in the shop, and how we use it. Vine Society is operated by Davidson Hospitality, LLC, a North Carolina business.

What we collect

- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, and address, for example when you fill out a form, join our mailing list, RSVP to an event, or check out.

- Member account details: your login, profile information you add, and your order and event history.

- Order and payment details: what you buy and where it's going. Payments are processed by Wix and its payment providers; we don't store full card numbers.

- Website data: like most websites, our site (hosted by Wix) uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics, to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

- To fill orders, arrange pickup or delivery, and manage RSVPs and event reservations

- To send event confirmations and reminders

- To send our newsletter and offers, if you've signed up

- To check that buyers and guests are 21 or older

- To run and improve our website and keep it secure

Who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run Vine Society, such as Wix (our website, forms, member area, store, and email tools), payment processors, and shipping carriers, or when the law requires it.

Emails. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. We'll still send messages about your orders and events.

Your choices. You can update your member profile anytime. To ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, email info@vinesociety.com.

Security. We use Wix's security features and limit who can see your information. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect it, and we'll notify you as North Carolina law requires if a breach affects you.

Age. Our site and services are for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes. We'll post any updates here with a new date. Last updated: October 2026.
