Bottle Baby is the pairing of organically farmed apples from an orchard in Five Mile, Watsonville, CA and Phelan Farm Mondeuse grapes. These are co-fermented and aged in old wood barrels prior to bottling. This pink cider is a great aperitif, with pretty delicate red fruit balanced by a beautiful leesy richness that is reminiscent of great alpine cheese - think Comte or Beaufort. If you enjoy acidity, this is a killer wine!
