Appereance: Pale yellow, steel edges (white gold).


Nose: Medium intensity. Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit, peach, apricot, golden apple, lemon peel, closed by a shy note of raw almond.


Palate: Round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retro-nasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing and long finish.

Food Pairings: Perfect as an appetizer that can be extended to the rest of the meal. Gastronomic and versatile.


Commitment to Organic and Biodynamic Wine Making:


Based on careful observation and the management of the factors which influence terroir and its habitat, Gramona does not use chemical herbicides or pesticides, but instead use natural resources, with the primary aim of maintaining a balance in the environment, preserving spontaneous ground cover in order to obtain spongy soils. Through biodynamics, which goes one step beyond organic growing, they breathe life into the vineyards and seek to raise levels of biodiversity, preserving spontaneous ground cover.  The wine producer applies plant based infusions and decoctions to avoid pest infestations, and produce their own animal and vegetal compost from an orchard of medicinal plants and their farm of cows, sheep, chickens, and horses.



Gramona assumes responsibility for each and every step involved in the winemaking process, from the vine to the bottle. The grapes are picked by hand, go onto a sorting belt, are transferred by gravity, and pressed whole bunch. This sparkling wine has been aged for more than 30 months on the lees in the silence of the cellar.
